The Fairmont
The Fairmont is one of our newest ranch floor plans, thoughtfully designed to combine luxury, functionality, and everyday comfort. This split-bedroom ranch layout places the owner’s suite on one side of the home while the additional bedrooms are positioned on the opposite side, creating added privacy and separation that many homeowners love. Originally created for one of our custom home clients, this floor plan turned out so beautifully that we knew we wanted to make it available for others to personalize and make their own. Designed with both entertaining and everyday living in mind, the Fairmont offers incredible flexibility and spacious living areas throughout.
